1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or submitting any idea, MVP, project, or product to DeepRank.lol (“DeepRank”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not access or use DeepRank.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to submit projects or participate in the leaderboard.

3. Accurate Submissions

You represent that all information provided in your submission—including product title, public URL, stage, and tagline—is truthful, accurate, and not misleading.

4. User Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for your submitted project, its underlying code, intellectual property, and the content hosted on the external website to which your listing links.

5. Public Listings

All submissions on DeepRank are public. Submitted names, taglines, categories, stages, bid amounts, and resulting attention metrics are displayed openly on the public leaderboard.

6. Payments, Verification & Ranking Activation

Paid submissions on DeepRank are processed via Dodo Payments. Placement on the live leaderboard and execution of the Intelligence Engine analysis are activated only upon cryptographic, server-side transaction verification via Dodo Payments webhooks. Frontend notifications, redirected browser states, or unconfirmed pending transactions do not constitute verified orders. Once an order is verified and enters the active listing or analysis queue, fees are non-refundable. In the event of a gateway failure, signature rejection, or payment timeout, the project remains unranked and no fee is retained by DeepRank.

7. External Links & Outbound Traffic

DeepRank routes visitors to your submitted public URL directly via /go/[id]. DeepRank does not control, endorse, or assume liability for external websites or their operational availability.

7. Traffic & Analytics Measurement

DeepRank applies automated filtering to estimate genuine human attention. Metrics including impressions, clicks, and CTR are computed using server-side algorithms designed to reduce bot and automated interference.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use bots, scripts, automated reloaders, proxy networks, click farms, or replay attacks to artificially manipulate any metric on DeepRank. Scraping, reverse engineering, or exploiting platform endpoints is strictly prohibited.

9. Anti-Abuse Enforcement

DeepRank uses technical measures, including rate limiting, one-way IP hashing, and heuristic bot detection, to identify abusive patterns and protect public metric integrity.

10. Moderation & Removal

We reserve the right to edit, unpublish, or permanently remove any listing, with or without notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that it violates our guidelines, contains malicious links, or engages in metric manipulation.

11. No Guarantee of Traffic

Listing your project on DeepRank does not guarantee any specific volume of visitors, views, or exposure.

12. No Guarantee of Clicks

Placement on the board does not guarantee that visitors will click through to your external destination. Outbound clicks depend entirely on independent visitor curiosity and market appeal.

13. No Guarantee of Customers or Revenue

DeepRank makes no representations or warranties that any attention received through the platform will convert into paying users, signups, customers, sales, or business revenue.

14. Metrics Do Not Constitute PMF Proof

Leaderboard ranking, view count, and CTR reflect early public curiosity. They do not constitute validation of Product-Market Fit, unit economics, or long-term retention.

15. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to your submitted project, trademarks, and brand assets. You grant DeepRank a non-exclusive license to display your project name, logo, and pitch on the public leaderboard.

16. Third-Party Websites & Services

DeepRank is not responsible for any transactions, agreements, damages, or disputes between you and any third-party service, hosting provider, or visitor.

17. Service Availability & Maintenance

DeepRank is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or error-free platform uptime. Today's Listing runs on a 24-hour IST cycle and is archived after the cycle closes. The Overall Listing is persistent and does not reset.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DeepRank and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or inability to use the platform.

19. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of DeepRank following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
